The Role

We're seeking a talented new graduate to join us as a Software Engineer (AI) and help build the technical foundation of accessible AI. You'll work on cutting-edge LLM applications, develop innovative AI infrastructure, and create solutions that bring advanced AI capabilities to millions of users in emerging markets.

What You'll Do

• Build and optimize application-layer LLMs and AI systems that rival mainstream platforms
• Develop scalable AI infrastructure supporting our Borderless LLM platform
• Implement RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) systems and human-in-the-loop training pipelines
• Write clean, efficient code for AI model deployment and API development
• Collaborate with global engineering teams across Seoul, New Delhi, Mumbai, and New York
• Contribute to our MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A marketplace development
• Optimize model performance and reduce inference costs for emerging market deployment

Requirements

• Recent college graduate (Bachelor's degree obtained within the last 12 months)
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and LLM architectures
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar) through coursework or projects
• Familiarity with modern development tools (Git, Docker, cloud platforms)
• Passion for making AI technology accessible to underserved markets
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (we cannot sponsor work visas at this time)
