About the Role
We’re looking for a highly curious and research-oriented AI/ML Engineer to join our Central Tech team. If you have a solid engineering foundation, love solving difficult problems, and have a strong desire to build and experiment with AI models. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate, optimize, and deliver scalable AI-driven systems.

You will work on cutting-edge ideas like AI-assisted level generation, content automation, ML-based analysis tools, and prototyping intelligent systems that improve the game production pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Build and experiment with AI/ML models for games.
• Design and implement advanced ML models and optimization techniques for high performance AI solutions.
• Analyze data, engineer features, and improve model accuracy.
• Develop tools/bots to automate game workflows.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and software engineers.
• Debug and monitor AI systems post-deployment.
• Explore new AI trends and bring innovative ideas to the studio.
• Follow best practices for testing, documentation, and version control.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Good Python skills (mandatory).
• Comfortable exploring research, experimenting, and building prototypes.
• Ability or willingness to work with Unity.
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and optimization methods.
• Good to have: Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
