Qualifications:

• Maximum of 7 years of experience in data warehouse development
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, mathematical engineering or related disciplines
• Experience performing data warehouse development and management, Oracle experience preferred
• ETL Development background with using database procedures and tools, Informatica experience preferred
• High proficiency in dimensional modeling techniques and their applications
• Strong knowledge of database languages such as SQL and PL/SQL
• Familiarity with data modeling and data analysis concepts
• Experience in data integration and data cleansing processes
• Understanding of data warehouse architecture and structure
• Ability to create analytical reports and dashboards is a plus
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Job Description:

• Responsible for analysing, designing and developing Data Warehouse model and ETL mappings in order to enhance the functionality of DWH system
• Make the impact analysis of the new project designs on the existing architecture
• Preparing source to target mappings
• Design and implement ETL processes for intake of data from both internal and external data sources
• Carry out monitoring, SQL tuning, and database performance analysis
• Provide code maintenance and 2nd level support of the delivered products and services
• Create publishable documentation in SDLC standards
• Provide immediate solutions to any problems himself/herself or suggesting interim solution if it requires detailed examination
• Strong understand the purpose and scope of the assigned projects
• Working with source system and application owners to understand source data structures
• Maintaining and enhancing the 3NF data model, dimensional model and presentation layer
• Communicate to all impacted stakeholders any data quality, timing or definition issues discovered in relation to existing strategic or tactically developed reports
• Strong team player on cross functional teams
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver tasks
• Excellent communication skills through English, both oral and written
