Core Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Development: Design, build, and maintain sophisticated cross-platform mobile apps (React Native) and web interfaces (React/Next.js).
• Backend Architecture: Develop and optimize high-traffic RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express, integrated with MongoDB or SQL databases.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers to maintain elite coding standards.
• Agile Integration: Drive value within the SCRUM lifecycle, participating in sprint planning and Git-driven workflows.
• Client Engagement: Interface directly with international stakeholders to translate product visions into technical roadmaps.
• Reliability & DevOps: Oversee CI/CD pipelines and implement rigorous unit/integration testing to ensure flawless deployments.

Technical Requirements

• Educational Background: Degree in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• JavaScript Mastery: Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node.js.
• The Modern Stack: High proficiency in Next.js, State Management (Redux/Context), and styling tools like Tailwind CSS.
• Database Management: Hands-on experience with MongoDB (NoSQL) and relational systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Cloud & Versioning: Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and advanced Git workflows.
• Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential for collaborating with our global clientele.
