Our team has established robust foundations for integrating with third-party contact center systems. Now, we're expanding our efforts to develop foundational services that connect, enrich, and process conversational data. This work aims to bring all relevant call data into the Invoca platform (including external calls), surface key insights on the caller journey for agents, and scale the core systems and pipelines handling conversational data. Our objective is to make this data accessible and valuable across the Invoca ecosystem, delivering a more efficient and accurate experience for both agents and customers.
You'll be part of a team where everyone is dedicated to continuously enhancing their knowledge of software development tools and practices. Reporting to the Manager, Software Engineering, you'll find a supportive team that collaborates to solve problems and provides constructive feedback for mutual growth. Working on our close-knit, cross-functional teams offers an excellent opportunity to share and expand your knowledge across various domains, from databases to front ends to telephony and beyond.
