Role : Software Engineering Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Research, test, and implement AI-powered workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make.com , LangChain, etc.).
• Design and automate internal workflows to improve efficiency across different functions.
• Assist in integrating APIs and data sources into workflows for seamless automation.
• Document workflows, use cases, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing AI workflows.
• Explore emerging AI tools and propose innovative use cases for the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, ops, marketing) to identify areas for automation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and workflow tools.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Familiarity with one or more automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make.com ).
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) is preferred.
• Problem-solving mindset with an eagerness to experiment and learn new tools.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have (Bonus)

• Experience with AI/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API).
• Exposure to databases and data pipelines.
• Understanding of workflow optimization or process automation in a business context.
