Role Overview

We are seeking two Mid-Level Software Engineers (2–3 years experience) who are eager to grow into a leadership track. The right candidates will have strong fundamentals in software engineering, solid problem-solving skills, and a commitment to writing maintainable, high-quality code. This role emphasizes skills over specific technologies, so adaptability, communication, and a product mindset matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices (SOLID, design patterns, testing).
• Debug and resolve issues, supporting the team in delivering stable software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, QA, DevOps, clients) to ensure smooth execution.
• Participate in and contribute to code reviews.
• Brainstorm and propose enhancements to improve user experience and system performance
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of software design principles (SOLID, design patterns).
• Experience working with modern programming ecosystems (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, .NET, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with a “pixel-perfect” mindset when required.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and project contexts
