Role Overview
We are seeking two Mid-Level Software Engineers (2â3 years experience) who are eager to grow into a leadership track. The right candidates will have strong fundamentals in software engineering, solid problem-solving skills, and a commitment to writing maintainable, high-quality code. This role emphasizes skills over specific technologies, so adaptability, communication, and a product mindset matter most.
Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices (SOLID, design patterns, testing).

Debug and resolve issues, supporting the team in delivering stable software.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, QA, DevOps, clients) to ensure smooth execution.

Participate in and contribute to code reviews.

Brainstorm and propose enhancements to improve user experience and system performance
Required Skills & Qualifications

2â3 years of professional experience in software development.

Strong understanding of software design principles (SOLID, design patterns).

Experience working with modern programming ecosystems (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, .NET, or similar)

Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail with a âpixel-perfectâ mindset when required.

Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and project contexts
