About the Opportunity

We are growing our Application Development team and looking for a Software Developer who enjoys building impactful applications, solving complex problems, and working in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment.

You’ll work with a modern Microsoft stack — .NET, SQL Server, and Azure — to develop applications that directly support our mission of improving healthcare delivery and access across the state. This role blends hands-on development with real ownership: you’ll create, enhance, and support the systems that keep our operations running smoothly and our members well-served.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using .NET and Azure.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and integrations to support business operations.
• Partner with business and IT teams to turn requirements into reliable, user-friendly solutions.
• Participate in production support — troubleshooting and resolving application issues as needed.
• Contribute to modernization projects and continuous improvement initiatives within AppDev.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in software development within a Microsoft environment.
• Strong skills in .NET Framework / .NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or cloud-based applications.
• A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A passion for building reliable, impactful software that supports meaningful work.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
