Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Software Engineer – Operations Support who will be responsible for application support, issue investigation, and minor development/enhancements across web and mobile platforms. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on SQL Server experience, and working knowledge of full-stack development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 application support for production systems across web and mobile applications
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within defined SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes where applicable
- Work closely with business, QA, and development teams to resolve operational issues
- Execute minor enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes in existing applications
- Write and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data analysis and fixes
- Monitor application health, logs, jobs, and integrations
- Support deployments, hotfixes, and post-release validations
- Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, and incident reports
Job Specs:
- Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong backend development skills in at least one programming language (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP).
- Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, Spring Boot, Laravel) and databases (relational and NoSQL).
- Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design principles.
- Version control using Git.
- Problem-solving ability and self-driven learning.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
