About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to support Order Fallout Management within the Siebel CRM environment. The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and resolving order fallout issues, ensuring smooth order flow and minimal disruptions to downstream processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Siebel CRM production support and advanced troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track order fallout generated from Siebel CRM systems.

Analyze order fallout logs, error patterns, and process failures.

Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order flow discrepancies.

Ensure timely resolution of order fallout to maintain smooth order processing.

Work closely with CRM, Order Management, Billing, and Provisioning teams for issue alignment.

Document findings, resolutions, and recurring fallout patterns.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce fallout incidents.

Maintain dashboards, reports, and operational health checks related to order fallout.

Required Experience & Skills

Strong experience in Siebel CRM production support (mandatory).

Hands-on ability to analyze Siebel logs, workflows, business services, and order flows.

Good understanding of Order Management, order life cycles, and upstream/downstream integrations.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in root cause analysis, issue tracking, and incident management.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in telecom domain order management processes.

Knowledge of Siebel Tools, eScript, and workflow tuning.

Exposure to downstream OSS/BSS integrations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹352,126.95 - ₹1,536,587.94 per year
