Software Engineer- ROR Developer

Devsinc is seeking a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality web applications to support our clients' needs. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Ruby on Rails and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Design and implement robust APIs and integrate with front-end technologies
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Ruby on Rails
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in developing web applications with Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture, PostgreSQL and RESTful design principles
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• Familiarity with database systems, including PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
• Strong debugging skills and familiarity with software testing methodologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD is a plus
