Software Engineer (RPA Scripting)

Job Overview

Software Engineer - RPA Scripting with 5+ years of development experience, including 3+ years using Automation Anywhere and holding a Master Developer certification.

Core Responsibilities

• Build complex automation processes (taskbot, metabot) and develop desktop automation solutions.
• Integrate REST APIs and interact with MSSQL databases (create stored procedures, tables, queries).
• Perform document training in IQBot and utilize BotInsight concepts.
• Ensure adherence to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Design and maintain technical and application architecture across the organization, ensuring quality and scalability.
• Research and benchmark RPA technologies against leading solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Automation Anywhere Control Room components, taskbot, metabot, and IQBot.
• Strong knowledge of C#, VBScript, and JavaScript syntax.
• Advanced MSSQL skills - stored procedures, tables, queries.
• Object Oriented principles and best practices.

Functional Skills

• Experience in banking, finance, or fintech enterprise environments.
• Agile methodology expertise.
• Ability to design system architecture and application across the organization.
• Research and benchmark RPA solutions.

Education

Post graduate degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
