Software Engineering Internship in Bangalore

Peoplebox.ai is a fast-growing, YC-backed startup building an AI-powered Talent Experience platform. We help modern companies drive real business outcomes by aligning people, goals, and feedback inside everyday tools like Slack, Teams, and email.

As a 'Software Engineering Intern,' you will work on real product features that HR teams and managers across the world use every day. This is not a shadow or side project role. You will ship.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Build and improve features in our core product across modules like Reviews, Goals, Surveys and our AI Talent Partner Nova.
• Work across the stack with close guidance from senior engineers.
• Write clean, readable code and handle edge cases with basic tests.
• Help fix bugs, improve performance and polish existing workflows for users.
  
  

Work with REST APIs and background jobs.

• Participate in code reviews and learn standard engineering practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and customer success to solve real customer problems.
• Own small to medium tasks end to end, from requirement to deployment.
