Software Engineering Manager

• 8+ years of full-time engineering experience, including 2+ years of people management in a startup or fast-paced environment .
• Strong proficiency in Java (Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and microservices architecture .
• Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems , and scalable architectures .
• Proven experience leading teams through 0–1 product development and scaling systems to support growth.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker (Kubernetes a plus).
• Familiarity with front-end integration principles and modern development workflows.
• Strong foundation in version control (Git) , CI/CD pipelines , and Agile methodologies .
• Prior experience working in high-scale product environments .
• Excellent problem-solving , decision-making , and stakeholder collaboration skills.
