Role Overview

As a Specialist Programmer , you will design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using advanced programming techniques. This role demands deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to design robust, scalable solutions.
• Optimize code for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to solve business challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in full stack Java / Python / .NET / Node.js (choose based on your tech stack).
• Frontend Technologies Preferred- Angular/React/Javascript
• Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns .
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture , Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) .
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines , DevOps practices , and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) .
• Familiarity with Database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• 5+ yrs of experience
• Education- BE/B.tech/Me/M.tech/MS- Tire 1 or Tire 2 institutes

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI/ML , Big Data , or Blockchain technologies.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD) .
