About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer / Software Engineering Specialist with strong expertise in OFSC (Oracle Field Service Cloud). The candidate will support Field Operations by handling OFSC (Oracle Field Service Cloud) upgrades, system configuration, API integrations, and performance management. This role requires solid technical understanding of OFSC functionalities and hands-on experience in production or configuration environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage OFSC (Oracle Field Service Cloud) upgrades, environment readiness, and post-upgrade validations.
Perform configuration of OFSC components including work skills, activity types, resources, routing profiles, calendars, and business rules.
Work with OFSC REST APIs for integration, automation, and data exchange.
Troubleshoot OFSC issues related to configuration, routing, capacity, or field operations.
Analyze system behavior, logs, and workflows to ensure smooth field operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, Order Management, Field Ops) for workflow alignment.
Participate in enhancement design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration, API usage, and operational processes.
Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, configuration documents, and API integration guidelines.
Required Experience & Skills
Strong knowledge of OFSC (Oracle Field Service Cloud) (mandatory).
Experience with OFSC configuration, setup, and administration.
Understanding of OFSC REST APIs, integration patterns, and data flows.
Hands-on experience with OFSC upgrades or release management.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for field operations workflows.
Understanding of routing, capacity planning, and resource management in OFSC.
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telecom field operations or service delivery domains.
Familiarity with integrations involving CRM, OMS, or Provisioning systems.
Basic scripting or automation knowledge (optional but beneficial).

Pay: ₹352,126.95 - ₹1,536,587.94 per year
