About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Specialist (M6 Lead) to oversee L2/L3 support for the M6 platform. The role involves technical leadership, end-to-end issue resolution, incident management, system stabilization, and operational excellence across M6 modules and OMS functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead L2/L3 support operations for the M6 platform.

Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA.

Perform system restoration, environment validation, and stability checks.

Execute and review scripting activities, automation tasks, and configuration updates.

Configure and monitor alerts, jobs, integrations, and system health parameters.

Implement workarounds and long-term fixes to ensure system resilience.

Create, update, and maintain SOPs / runbooks for operational activities.

Oversee tool configuration and ensure seamless functioning across M6–related tools.

Manage infrastructure-related tasks, including logs, servers, services, and deployment support.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Order Management System (OMS) in M6.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for RCA, defect fixes, and optimization.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior engineers.

Ensure adherence to operational best practices, compliance, and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in M6 Operations or similar OSS/BSS platforms.

Strong understanding of M6 architecture, OMS flows, and system integrations.

Hands-on experience with L2/L3 support, scripting (Shell/Python), and environment management.

Solid troubleshooting skills in application logs, configuration, and backend components.

Experience with monitoring tools, job schedulers, and deployment environments.

Ability to lead technical teams and drive end-to-end issue resolution.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹868,304.14 - ₹2,200,872.62 per year
