About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer / Software Engineering Specialist with hands-on experience in PRISM Catalog Configuration. The role involves supporting catalog operations by handling incidents, configuration updates, service requests, system restoration, scripting, and ensuring the smooth functioning of catalog workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve incidents and service requests related to PRISM Catalog Configuration.

Perform system restoration, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Execute and support scripting tasks for automation, configuration, and validations.

Configure and monitor catalog components and system alerts.

Implement workarounds to ensure continuous catalog service availability.

Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and process documentation.

Handle tool configuration, version updates, and catalog changes.

Assist in infrastructure management, system monitoring, and environment health checks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (billing, CRM, provisioning) for catalog-related integrations.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience in PRISM Catalog Configuration (mandatory).

Strong understanding of catalog operations, product setup, and configuration workflows.

Hands-on experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.

Optional exposure to scripting (Shell, SQL, or similar).

Good analytical and documentation skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in telecom BSS/OSS catalog or product configuration.

Familiarity with catalog integration processes and dependencies.

Exposure to monitoring or automation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹352,126.95 - ₹1,536,587.94 per year
