Job Summary

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in microservices architecture, distributed systems, and working with NoSQL databases, messaging systems, and cloud platforms (GCP).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and enhance microservices-based architectures
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure high performance, scalability, and security
• Work with Apache Kafka for event-driven and asynchronous processing
• Design and manage data models using Apache Cassandra
• Integrate backend services with cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best practices
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and observability
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root-cause analysis

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), engineering, or related field
