Location: Islamabad (05:30 PM - 02:30 AM)

Position Overview

As a Software Helpdesk & Data Entry Officer, you will play a key role in supporting customers with software-related issues while maintaining accurate operational records and databases.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level software support to clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve routine technical issues.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to senior technical teams.
  • Enter and verify customer and operational data.
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized documentation.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding their support requests.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent typing speed and data accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or data entry is preferred.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
