Software Manager

Team Recruitment Responsibilities

• Applicant must have minimum 2 years in recruitment and 1 year minimum team management , Total 3 Years Experience Required
• Do Team Recruitment For Software Sales
• Train, mentor, and manage BDE sales team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Supervise daily office operations.
• Maintain reports, documentation, and operational records.

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle key accounts and resolve escalations.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Gather client feedback for product and service improvement.

Qualifications And Skills

• Any Graduate/Master Degree
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
• Ability to travel as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
