Team Recruitment Responsibilities
- Applicant must have minimum 2 years in recruitment and 1 year minimum team management , Total 3 Years Experience Required
- Do Team Recruitment For Software Sales
- Train, mentor, and manage BDE sales team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Supervise daily office operations.
- Maintain reports, documentation, and operational records.
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle key accounts and resolve escalations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Gather client feedback for product and service improvement.
Qualifications And Skills
- Any Graduate/Master Degree
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Ability to travel as necessary

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
