Software Product Manager

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Software Product Manager to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of our software solutions. The candidate will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap

· Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements

· Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

· Collaborate with development teams for timely product delivery

· Work with UI/UX teams to improve product usability

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis

· Drive product launches and support go-to-market strategy

· Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs

· Engage with clients for feedback and continuous improvement

· Ensure product scalability, security, and compliance

Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT

· 3–7 years of experience in product management

· Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

· Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies

· Knowledge of APIs and cloud-based systems

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
