Oxiliry is hiring Software Project Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex software projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, extensive experience in software development, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Identify, assess, and manage project risks.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Monitor and report on project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Quality Assurance:

Budget Management:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.

5+ years of experience in software project management.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Zoho, Jira, Trello, etc.)
