Software Projects & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily company operations, ensuring all workflows run smoothly.
• Develop, implement, and improve SOPs, operational processes, and reporting structures.
• Plan, lead, and manage software development projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Coordinate closely with PHP, Laravel, React.js, and WordPress development teams.
• Create project plans, sprint cycles, resource allocation strategies, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor project progress, remove bottlenecks, and ensure timely task completion.
• Conduct daily standups, review meetings, and maintain complete project documentation.
• Ensure quality assurance, testing, and error-free delivery before deployment.
• Manage communication with clients regarding updates, timelines, and revisions.
• Prepare performance reports, productivity analysis, and operational dashboards.
• Ensure seamless coordination between Development, QA, Design, HR, Accounts, and Sales teams.
• Implement best practices for task tracking using Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Oversee server environments, deployments, backups, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Guide junior staff and support them in decision-making and task execution.

• Manage the entire team’s workload, assign tasks efficiently, and ensure data and software security.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong technical background — must understand PHP, Laravel, WordPress, React.js workflows.
• Experience in leading software development teams.
• Strong command on project management tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of APIs, basic server operations, hosting panels, Git, and QA processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage pressure and multi-project environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Experience: 5+ Years

Days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
