Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused QA Engineer to support end-to-end testing activities while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure clear alignment on testing scope and deliverables
- Analyze business and system requirements to ensure completeness and testability
- Design and implement comprehensive test cases and test scenarios
- Execute test cases and document results accurately
- Identify, report, and manage defects through proper tracking tools
- Provide regular status reports on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics
- Actively participate in customer meetings and provide testing insights
- Provide onsite support
- 2–5 years of experience in software testing / quality assurance
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and customer-interfacing skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
