Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused QA Engineer to support end-to-end testing activities while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure clear alignment on testing scope and deliverables
• Analyze business and system requirements to ensure completeness and testability
• Design and implement comprehensive test cases and test scenarios
• Execute test cases and document results accurately
• Identify, report, and manage defects through proper tracking tools
• Provide regular status reports on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics
• Actively participate in customer meetings and provide testing insights
• Provide onsite support
  
  

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in software testing / quality assurance
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and customer-interfacing skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
