• B.Com, M.Com, or BBA
• Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Accounts / Finance

Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and sharp-minded individuals to join our team as Quality Assurance Officers. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, have strong analytical abilities, and want to build their careers in Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Implementation Support
• Assist in ERP system implementation at client sites.
• Conduct walkthroughs and provide end-user support during deployment.
• Ensure system functionalities match client requirements.
• Client Requirement Analysis
• Collect, analyze, and document client business needs.
• Coordinate with the development team to ensure accurate ERP functionalities.
• Act as a link between clients and technical teams for smooth project delivery.
• Quality Assurance Activities
• Support in developing and executing test cases for ERP systems.
• Identify, document, and report bugs or issues during testing.
• Ensure the final ERP solution is reliable, accurate, and meets client expectations.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Quick learner with sharp problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular)
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Interest or basic knowledge of ERP systems will be a plus
