Key Responsibilities

• Test Case Development: Collaborate with the team to design and develop comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and scripts that validate product functionality.
• Manual Testing: Execute manual test cases, meticulously document any issues, and work with the development team to ensure bugs are resolved prior to deployment.
• Automated Testing: Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated testing scripts, helping to streamline and enhance the overall testing process.
• Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and manage defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira), ensuring effective communication and resolution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to understand new features and implement robust testing strategies that support efficient product development.
• Test Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of testing procedures and outcomes to support quality standards and future reference.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all software deliverables adhere to both functional and technical requirements through rigorous testing and review.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide constructive feedback on testing processes and contribute innovative ideas to improve QA efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fundamental knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
