Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst - Female

IBIX Global Tech is a growing IT solutions provider operating across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Pakistan. We deliver software development, IT services, and digital transformation solutions to international clients.

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. This is an onsite role ideal for professionals with 6 months to 2 years of experience who are passionate about software quality, testing, and client interaction. The role offers hands-on exposure to international projects and direct communication with global stakeholders, including delivering product demos.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans
• Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
• Collaborate closely with development and business teams
• Participate in requirement analysis and system reviews
• Conduct regression and functional testing
• Prepare test reports and quality documentation
• Deliver product demos and walkthroughs to international stakeholders
• Ensure product quality before deployment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Software Testing / QA
• Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts
• Experience with bug tracking tools is a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Confidence in conducting demos for international clients
• Ability to work onsite in a professional team environment
