Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products by implementing effective testing strategies and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure testability and clarity
• Design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
• Execute manual testing including functional, regression, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Perform basic automation testing and support automation initiatives where applicable
• Identify, document, track, and retest software defects using defect tracking tools
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams to understand issues and ensure timely resolution
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile environment
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices prior to software releases
• Prepare and present test summary reports and quality metrics to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance or software testing
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Solid experience in manual testing methodologies and techniques
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
