About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented SQA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases through manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing.
• Write and maintain automation test scripts.
• Validate APIs using Postman / Swagger.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Ensure software meets business and technical requirements.
• Prepare test reports and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as an SQA / QA Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing.
• Experience with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
• Understanding of SQL for data validation.
• Experience with Git/version control.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have (Plus Points)

• Experience with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of security testing basics.
• Experience with mobile testing (Android / iOS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD integration for testing.
• ISTQB certification.
