We’re Hiring – Sales Development Representative | Dubai, UAE

NETIX.AI, a group company of SB Group International is looking for a talented Sales Development Representatives. Join us in driving the future of smart buildings and digital transformation! We provide CAFM and BiOT (Building IoT) solutions that deliver energy efficiency, operational reliability, and occupant comfort across commercial, healthcare, retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.

Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Experience: 2 – 4 years in B2B software / IoT sales development
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify sales opportunities via email, phone, and social outreach.
  • Promote CAFM and BiOT platforms focused on energy savings, predictive maintenance, and digital twin-based comfort.
  • Engage complex buying committees across finance, tech, and sustainability teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales engineers to hand off qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and stay updated on industry trends and regional regulations.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in B2B software or IoT sales (PropTech, energy tech, or FM preferred).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and modern outbound tools.
  • Comfortable selling SaaS and integrated software + hardware + service solutions.
  • Driven, coachable, and passionate about sustainability and digital transformation.
  • UAE driving license.
