About the Role
Innobayt is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Representative Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role offers hands-on exposure to technology and software solution sales, providing an excellent opportunity to learn how innovative digital products are introduced to clients and businesses. We are looking for the next amazing talent that is comfortable and confident to generate leads through cold calls and LinkedIn messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new Business Opportunities via personalized emails, Telephonic calls, prospecting via social Media platforms such as LinkedIn.
1. Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
- Support in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations.
2. Market Research & Lead Generation
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Collect and organize information on competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
- Help in building and maintaining a database of qualified leads.
- Research and prospect target accounts across the GCC market to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities against ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and determine fit to book discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage decision-makers.
3. Reporting & Client Follow-Up
- Maintain and organize sales records, inquiries, and client updates.
- Support follow-up communications with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare brief reports summarizing sales activities and progress.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, lead status, and pipeline health using CRM tools.
4. Coordination & Administrative Tasks
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.
- Work with Marketing to design and run outbound campaigns (e.g. sequences by industry or role).
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or sales development, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
- Experience working in the GCC market is highly desirable.
- Arabic fluency and business-level English.
