Software Sales Engineer

BE / BS in Software and Computer Science

Experience Required: 2–3 years in Surveillance, Security Systems, or related software/technology industry

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in software sales within the surveillance, security systems, or related technology industry.
• Strong technical understanding of surveillance software, VMS, analytics, access control, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proven customer-handling experience

Job Description:

• We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Software Sales Engineer with experience in Surveillance and Security Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Surveillance Software, Video Management Systems VMS, Access Control Solutions, and related technologies.
• The role requires excellent client engagement skills, technical competency, and the ability to recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the surveillance and security technology market. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations related to surveillance software, VMS, analytics, and integrated solutions
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate surveillance and security software solutions. Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and project execution
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up reports
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
