Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B and B2C sales within the software or IT services industry. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Legacy Tower office in Kohinoor City, Faisalabad.

The ideal candidate will manage the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing—by engaging prospects through virtual meetings, online platforms, and direct communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell software products and IT services to business (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients
• Conduct virtual sales calls, demos, and presentations via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable software and digital solutions
• Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines using CRM and sales tracking tools
• Follow up with leads through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and B2C software or IT services sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in virtual/online sales presentations
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
• Target-oriented mindset with a consistent deal-closing record
• Excellent time management, organization, and follow-up abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communication, or a related field (preferred)
