We empower organisations to assess and reduce risk through automated compliance, actionable risk insights, and fractional security leadership. As we open operations in the UAE, we're seeking a dynamic Software Sales Executive to lead commercial growth in the region.
Position Overview
We're looking for a high-impact Software Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and accelerate market penetration in the UAE for our SaaS platform offering Cybersecurity risk assessment, compliance, and vCISO offerings. You'll be a key driver of strategic growth, partnering with leadership to define go-to-market tactics and execute on revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Opportunity Development
- Conduct industry and market research to identify UAE opportunities in healthcare, finance, education, and regulated sectors.
- Analyse trends, competitive landscape, and buyer needs to shape regional strategy.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Source and qualify new business leads through networking, referrals, events, and outreach.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects aligned with our offerings (Risk Assessment, Compliance, vCISO).
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Initiate and cultivate long-term relationships with decision makers (C-Suite, Heads of Compliance, Operations).
- Attend industry events and represent the company at conferences, roundtables, and partner engagements.
Sales & Deal Execution
- Present tailored proposals and commercial models to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation and closure.
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with marketing to refine value propositions and localized messaging.
- Work with technical teams to translate client needs into feasible solutions.
- Report weekly on KPIs, pipeline health, and market insights.
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in business development, preferably in cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, or SaaS B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding pipeline and revenue goals
- Strong ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in the UAE/GCC market and understanding of enterprise buying cycles are strong advantages
