Software Sales Manager
to lead and expand our enterprise sales initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a core focus on
digital transformation programs within government and semi-government entities

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership

Define and execute the sales strategy for government and strategic accounts in KSA.

Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with revenue targets.

Identify high-value opportunities within national initiatives, digital transformation programs, and government projects.
Tendering & Bid Management

Lead the full lifecycle of tendering processes (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) from qualification to submission and post-bid follow-up.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, presales, legal, finance) to deliver competitive proposals.

Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Develop and maintain C-level relationships across key government entities and decision-makers.

Position the company as a trusted technology partner through consultative selling.

Navigate complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and sales governance frameworks.

Foster a high-performance, accountable, and results-driven culture.
Commercial Excellence

Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Lead negotiations for large-scale deals and framework agreements.

Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing strategies.
🔹 Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software / IT solutions sales.

Extensive experience in the Saudi Arabian market, with a proven track record in the government sector sales.

Demonstrated success in managing and closing large-scale tenders and bids.

Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and compliance frameworks in KSA.

Proven leadership experience managing sales teams and complex sales cycles.

Track record of closing high-value deals (enterprise/government projects).

An established network of relationships within the Saudi government and key stakeholders is highly preferred.

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
🔹 Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is a strong plus.

Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN) are advantageous.
