Job Summary

A Software Sales Manager is responsible for leading software sales efforts, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing a sales team. This role involves developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction across software products and services

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and execute software sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

. Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales meetings.

. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing,

Proven experience in software.

Experience managing sales teams and meeting revenue targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5 years Minimum Experience

Ability to understand technical software solutions and explain business value.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Working Hours and days: From Sunday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm
