Job Description Al Horizon LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in Custom software , AI, SAAS, Website Development and application sales. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is pivotal in driving our growth and market presence.

KEY Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients ( AI/SAAS/Website / Application Sales) and markets to expand our business.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Conduct market analysis and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients, Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team

  • Identify and address potential issues or challenges that may affect business growth and profitability

  • Stay updated on Industries ' trends and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market.

  • Continuously improve sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
