Software Sales Specialist
Job Responsibilities:

1-3 years experience in sales, Specifically in VOIP and Call Center Solutions.

Proficiency in both Arabic & English is a MUST.

Strong knowledge of sales fundamentals and negotiation techniques.

Experience in using CRM Systems effectively.
Skills & Technical knowledge:

Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
In depth knowledge of VOIP systems and call center solutions.

Similarity with CRM platforms and its functionality.
-
Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
-
Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities.
-
Basic understanding of network infrastructure and telecommunications concept.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft suit.

Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long term relation ships
