Software Service Engineer - French Mandatory

Job Title: Software Service Engineer

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: QAR 7,000 per month

We are looking for French-speaking Software Service Engineers (Tier 1 & Tier 2) to join a leading global technology company in Doha. If you have strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with ticketing systems, and database knowledge, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software application issues and incidents
  • Manage support requests using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Maximo, Remedy, etc.)
  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support and drive tickets to resolution
  • Perform user administration, password resets, and system monitoring
  • Work with databases (SQL) to diagnose and resolve application issues
  • Collaborate with higher-tier teams for complex technical problems

Requirments:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
  • Fluent French & English (French is mandatory)
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting and application support
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and database troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
