Sr. IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Drive ERP implementations, integrations, upgrades, and data migration.
• Administer Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Hyper‑V.
• Maintain networks (switches, VLANs, routing) and FortiGate firewalls.
• Manage NAS/SAN storage, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot ERP, systems, and networks; mentor support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT/CS; 8+ years in infrastructure, systems admin, and ERP support.
• Strong integration, backup/DR; Azure/hybrid exposure is a plus.
• Solid IT security and ITSM/ITIL practices; excellent communication.
