SR. COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

The Sr. Commissioning Engineer is responsible for leading VOR Discipline Engineers and Discipline Technicians and coordinating with the QatarEnergy Project Team and Contractors to ensure consistent and standardized execution of project design, pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and start‑up activities for Operational Area (VO) Projects. All activities are to be carried out in accordance with approved QatarEnergy Procedures, Guidelines, Engineering Design Specifications, and Safety & Environmental Standards to ensure that:

• Operational Area Asset Owners are fully prepared to assume ownership at the point of delivery/handover, with the capability to operate and maintain the asset safely, reliably, and sustainably.

• Operational Area (VO) Projects are delivered efficiently—faster, at significantly lower cost, and with maximum productivity—while upholding the highest standards of quality and HSE performance.
