Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Solution Architect to design and guide the development of scalable, future-ready software systems. The ideal candidate will bring both deep technical expertise and strategic vision, ensuring that all technology solutions support business objectives. In this role, you will define architectural standards, mentor development teams, and oversee projects from initial concept through deployment and delivery.

Our current tech stack includes: C# / ASP.NET Core, Python, PHP, JSON, Bash, and occasional JavaScript integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Convert business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and dependable technical architectures.
• Create, review, and validate high-level and detailed technical design documentation.
• Oversee software releases to ensure smooth deployment and positive user experiences.
• Provide technical leadership for innovative projects and early-stage concepts.
• Serve as the bridge between product owners, business leaders, and technical teams to maintain alignment.
• Identify system optimization opportunities and propose technical and process improvements.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs, propose tailored solutions, and develop actionable implementation plans.
• Stay current with client technologies, industry trends, and Agile best practices.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Recommend upgrades and enhancements to clients’ digital platforms and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software architecture or solutions design.
• At least 5 years of hands-on programming experience using modern languages.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of computing platforms, storage systems, operating systems, and DevOps automation pipelines.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet (strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with Risk Management frameworks.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
