About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Software Support Engineer / Software Engineer experienced in PRISM (Billing System) to support end-to-end billing operations on the Old Stack platform. The role involves managing incidents, service requests, scripting, system restoration, monitoring, and ensuring reliable billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve incidents and service requests related to PRISM Billing.

Perform system restoration, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Develop and execute scripts for automation, validation, and operational tasks.

Configure and monitor billing system components and operational dashboards.

Implement workarounds to ensure uninterrupted system performance.

Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and documentation for billing processes.

Handle tool configuration and support integration with other systems.

Assist in infrastructure management, environment monitoring, and system health checks.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth billing operations.

Required Experience & Skills

Hands-on experience with PRISM Billing System (mandatory).

Strong understanding of telecom billing operations and workflows.

Experience in production support, incident management, and system configuration.

Ability to write and execute basic scripts (Shell/SQL or similar).

Good analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in telecom BSS/OSS environments.

Familiarity with Old Stack billing processes.

Exposure to infrastructure monitoring tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹352,126.95 - ₹1,536,587.94 per year
