Role: Software Support Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 technical support for mission-critical operations within the M6 environment. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end issue resolution, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational enhancements while ensuring high system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 Support for production systems and applications.

Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLAs.

Perform system restoration and ensure quick recovery during outages or failures.

Conduct scripting, automation support, and monitoring setup to improve operational efficiency.

Implement and maintain monitoring configurations for proactive issue detection.

Develop workarounds, perform root-cause analysis, and apply appropriate fixes.

Create and update SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.

Handle tool configuration, source code management, and change deployments.

Support infrastructure management activities ensuring system reliability.

Perform OMS (Order Management System) troubleshooting and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.

Required Skills

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Experience in L2/L3 support environments

Knowledge of scripting (Shell/Python preferred)

Familiarity with OMS, monitoring tools, and system operations

Ability to handle high-pressure operational scenarios

Good communication and documentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹352,126.95 - ₹1,536,587.94 per year
