This is a full-time Software Support Executive role based on-site in Riyadh. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for healthcare software solutions, assisting clients with troubleshooting, resolving support tickets, conducting user training, and ensuring smooth system operations for healthcare organizations across the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day software support to clients via phone, email, remote sessions, or on-site visits
- Handle and resolve support tickets related to healthcare software applications
- Assist users with system usage, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with technical teams for escalations and bug fixes
- Conduct user training and onboarding sessions
- Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
- Ensure timely communication and high customer satisfaction
- Support software implementation and post-deployment activities when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in software/customer support, preferably in healthcare or ERP systems
- Basic understanding of HIS, EMR/EHR, ERP, or healthcare software solutions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle support tickets and coordinate with technical teams
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written & spoken)
- Familiarity with healthcare technology or digital health solutions is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and travel if required
