We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Technical Lead to be the strategic guide and hands-on engineer responsible for driving the development and delivery of scalable software solutions. This role leads to technical execution across projects, ensuring translating business requirements in technical deliverables and alignment with business objectives.


YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead with Vision: Guide and mentor backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet product goals, quality standards, and performance targets.
  • Serve as the key link between business stakeholders and the delivery team, converting business requirements into actionable technical tasks for the product backlog
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards: Work closely with Architects, security, and governance stakeholders to ensure compliance and standardization without compromising agility.
  • Engage in sprint ceremonies—including planning, refinement, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives—to offer domain expertise and provide immediate feedback.
  • Mentorship and team development: You provide mentorship and coaching to engineers, foster knowledge sharing and establish technical standards.
  • Building reliable software solutions: You take technical responsibility for building and operating reliable, secure and high-performing software solutions.
  • Lead estimation, implementation of new features and projects from a technical perspective.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
  • University Degree in the relevant area.
  • 5+ years of experience on Engineering roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in the field of FMCG with focus on commercial and commercial finance areas.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, REST APIs, Azure Cloud Development, Node.js with expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, building APIs and middleware using Express.js, PostgreSQL.
  • Hands-on experience with SonarQube for code quality analysis and Aqua Security for container vulnerability management.
  • Experience in data-driven applications, as well as strong expertise in database and data processing systems (OLTP, OLAP) is a plus.
  • Cloud Technologies expertise in a wide range of Azure services such as:
    • Compute (VMs, App Services)
    • Storage (Blob, Table, Files, Data Lake)
    • Networking (VNets, Load Balancers)
    • Databases (Azure Database for PostgreSQL/MySQL)
    • Integration Services (Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid)
    • Analytics (Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Databricks)
  • DevOps and CI/CD: Experience integrating Azure with DevOps tools for continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software engineering cascaded to CCH solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt solutions to changing requirements.
