Job Title: Software Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with experience in software troubleshooting, device testing, and user training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, ensuring the proper installation and performance of software and hardware, and delivering product training sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for software and hardware products.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and device-related issues.
  • Conduct testing and quality checks on devices before delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver user training sessions and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the development and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in software support and hardware diagnostics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication excellent skills in English Arabic.

Uae resident

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time (Part-time may be considered for qualified candidates)
