Software Test Engineer – 1-4 Yrs. Male

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Automation/ Manual Testing, particularly with Selenium, Playwright, and a solid foundation in Core Java. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of SQL databases and JDE Eclipse for validating enterprise-level ERP applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver , Load JS and Playwright.
• Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to understand business requirements and create effective test plans.
• Work with JDE Eclipse for functional and integration testing within JD Edwards ERP systems.
• Perform data validation using SQL queries to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks and libraries in Core Java.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to overall test automation strategy.
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution using tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in Software Testing with a focus on Automation.
• Strong programming skills in Core Java.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and validation.
• Exposure to JD Edwards (JDE) Eclipse IDE and its testing processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
